Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FaceMuse AI and its photo-editing tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the service and for keeping any account credentials secure if accounts are introduced.

2. Photos and permissions

Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for us and our AI service providers to process the photos and instructions you submit. Do not upload images of another person without appropriate permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use FaceMuse to violate laws or others rights, create deceptive or non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonate people, harass others, or upload unlawful, exploitative, or abusive content. We may restrict access for misuse.

4. AI results

AI-generated edits may be inaccurate, altered, or unexpected. Results are provided for creative and entertainment purposes, are not guaranteed, and should be reviewed before use. Do not rely on them as professional, medical, or identity-verification advice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

FaceMuse Pro is offered at $7 per month when live subscriptions are enabled. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal made available to you. Any trial, refund, or cancellation terms displayed at checkout also apply. No live subscription is available until the live checkout is activated.

6. Privacy and processing

Photos and prompts are transmitted to our AI provider to perform requested edits. Contact form submissions are stored so we can respond. Third-party providers own privacy practices may apply. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

7. Intellectual property

FaceMuse AI website, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights you have in your original uploaded content. Rights in AI-generated results may vary by law and provider terms.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or that every feature will be available in every location.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceMuse AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
