This policy explains how FaceMuse AI handles information when you use our website and editing tools.

Photos and editing prompts

Your selected photo remains on your device until you choose to edit. When you press Edit, the photo and prompt are sent to our AI processing provider to generate the requested result. The website does not intentionally save uploaded source photos in its own database. AI provider processing, temporary retention, and logging are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Contact messages

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. These details are stored in our Cloudflare database so the FaceMuse team can review and respond. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive data.

Payments

If you purchase FaceMuse Pro, payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Cookies and technical data

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and security signals to operate and protect the service. We do not currently promise that the site is free of all cookies or third-party processing.

Retention and security

Contact submissions are retained as needed to respond to requests, provide support, and maintain business records. We use service providers and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo or submit the contact form. To ask about a contact submission or privacy request, use our contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
